About Our Company

Suzhou Fairway Precision Industrial Corp. was founded in 2005, it was formerly a branch built by a Taiwan based company in 1976, Fairway covers an area of 26,640 square meters, established 5 buildings with floor space of 17130 square meters. Fairway is an outstanding “AI” oriented precision casting and machining manufacturer. By using the tip-top technologies, specialized in manufacturing high quality, high precision stainless steel and steel alloy investment casting and NC machining parts for nearly 50 years.

Why Choose Us

Fairway designs and manufactures its own PLC controlled wax injection machine and automatic wax recovery system. Fairway equipped an "AI" oriented shell making production line, includes an in house developed unique software by integrating the visual system, PLC and 6 sets of kuka robots operating simultaneously, accompanied by a 2500 meters auto de-moisture conveyor. Also equipped PLC vacuum de-moisture chamber for castings with hollow cavities, under cut, multiple chambers with thinner or deeper wall thickness and more complexes cavities. PLC de-wax oven, Shell sintering furnace, VIP Hi-Frequency induction furnace, environmental protection de-shell with sand recovery machine, DM code of heat number traceability system and so on. Meanwhile, Fairway equipped an "AI" oriented machining production line with 3 sets of robots operating 18 sets of 4 axis machine center, horizontal NC Lathe with dynamic tool, vertical CNC lathe , 4 axis vertical machine center, EDM machine, wire cutting production line. All facilities integrate an "AI" oriented investment casting and NC machining production line.
